Description

This is food grade “ordinary salt” suitable for table or ingredient use. It’s fine and free flowing suitable for a salt poit, it’s not cyrstaline that you’d use in a grinder. Salting. preserving, pickling and cheese making all use PDV salt. Like all bagged PDV it contains anti-caking agent to ensure it stays free flowing

PLEASE NOTE: Larger quantities of salt will be delivered on a pallet. Before ordering please consider if access to your property is possible with a large goods vehicle. This is especially relevant to domestic properties where we ask you to accept the delivery at the kerbside on the nearest public road. For some customers, ordering a smaller quantity which can be delivered by regular parcel carrier may be preferable. We reserve the right to pass on additional charges from our delivery partners where a delivery fails, or is rejected due to restricted access or unsuitable delivery conditions. Please allow 5 – 8 days lead time for pallet deliveries.
